Class Act has official ways of communicating to our members, including fraud monitoring services. However, bad faith actors are becoming more sophisticated in their attempt to steal information. Please be vigilant with communication - text, email, call, and mail - that presents as the credit union. Note that:
- Class Act will NEVER contact you to request your confidential information including your online banking login credentials, your 3 digit code (CVV) from the back of your card, or any password information.
- Class Act’s fraud monitoring service will NOT ask you to provide online banking credentials to confirm or deny a transaction.
- Class Act's fraud department/investigators will NEVER ask you to move your money out of Class Act to keep it secure while we conduct an investigation.
